This quiz is a lot shorter than the extensive pre-term one. It comprises a series of pre-dominantly yes & no questions to quickly assess improvements you are making as you adopt the upgraded keto lifestyle (on nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management).

Remember, no-one is perfect! After a lifetime of carb dependency, it’s a major lifestyle shift to reduce your carbs to 50-100 g/day. All I ask of you is honesty and transparency. If you are struggling with sabotage or need some help, then just say so. That’s why I’m here as your coach
