Evolution Coaching allows you to optimise your health and fitness & make it permanent, all without the need for diet restriction or spend a silly amount of time at the gym. Our principles focus on the following key principles:

  1. A primal lifestyle (eating real foods, avoiding grains & vegetable oils, resistance training, and resting well). This knowledge is the foundation to how you can successfully eradicate excess fat, eliminate brain fog, reduce chronic inflammation, all whilst improving your physique, fitness and overall well-being.
  2. Permanent change requires an awareness of why we do what we do, and why we choose to do things when we know they’re not the right thing to do. Using the latest understanding of neuroscience, we dive into how to eliminate the stuff that’s not supporting you whilst simultaneously implementing new, constructive habits.

The initial coaching period is for 12 weeks since this, we believe, is this minimum period required to ensure change is not just temporary (that’s why 95% of all diets fail), but instead, permanent.

After the initial 12 week period, Evolution Coaching can be continued on a monthly retainer.
