If, on the other hand, you’re a first time visitor, or you’re just sitting on the fence, or literally wondering what the hell Evolution Coaching is all about then I wrote this article to explain a little more.
Let me start by saying that it’s not for everybody and we adhere to a pretty strict application protocol – those without the commitment, open to change, and open to failing a few times along the way, needn’t apply.
So here goes – just a few pointers about what you can except with Evolution Coaching.; and you’ll also see for yourself, why we believe it to be the best kind of coaching program there is.
But before we start, here’s a couple of questions for you to ponder….
WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO ACHIEVE?
It’s important you have absolute clarity (and patience) on what you are trying to achieve with any kind of lifestyle transformation, not least when it comes to health and fitness. Whatever approach you take, it has to suit you and your lifestyle. You have to ‘enjoy’ following it. It has to ’suit’ you. It has to become a way of life for you that fits in.
If it makes you feel like crap (physically or mentally), you’ve no hope of making it permanent.
That’s why, we at Limitless Lab, strongly advocate the application of an adaptive evolutionary-based lifestyle (e.g. nutrition, exercise, movement and sleep, etc.) philosophy optimised to support you. We’re not in the business of selling you a 12-week miracle program that you can’t easily follow and enjoy for life.
If you’re trying to achieve any of the following, we know we can make a difference to your life just by following some sound evolutionary-based principles:

We don’t believe in meal plans or exercise plans. They’re all a little too restrictive and specific, and unlikely to be optimised for your body type. You need to find out exactly what works and doesn’t work for you by following our Evolutionary Coaching guidelines.
You won’t believe how simple the messaging is; but you’ll still find it challenging it to follow. That’s why, we think it’s appropriate to ask the next question.
DO YOU NEED A COACH?
You know already that going it alone is NOT the optimum way of learning something new, or attempting some kind of transformation. There are very few who have the intrinsic motivation and daily discipline to stick the plan that gets them from their current undesired state to their future desired goal.
Let’s try a little thought experiment shall we to see….
Here are some easy wins when it comes to health and fitness that are 100% guaranteed to help you lose weight, improve your fitness, and help you generally feel….. well much better!
- Get to bed at the same time every night (no later than 10pm)
- Get up at the same time every morning (after 7-8 hours restful sleep)
- Raise your heart rate every day, e.g. go for a long walk
- Do some resistance training; keep it simple (push ups, pull ups, squats, and planks)
- Don’t eat and sugar or starchy carb crap
- Focus on eating only meat and vegetables
There you go. Easy wins; all within your grasp. But not everyone (in fact only very few), will do them. Consistently. Daily.
Why doesn’t everyone, who has the knowledge and the resources, do the simple things that take very little effort, to get massive returns?
It’s a question that has challenged humanity for centuries, and I’m not going to explore the science here. What I will say, however, is the following:

Research has shown that having an accountability appointment with a person you’ve committed to increases the likelihood of achieving your goal by 95%.
Isn’t that worth thinking about, irrespective of what you’re trying to achieve?
When starting something new, we’re strong advocates of finding the best in the field and getting coaching from them. Heck, if it works for them, it would be foolish to even consider anything less. There’s absolutely no need to go on a mindless, endless journey of trial and error…. one that is more likely to miss the destination at some random point in time in the future.

If you’re 50 lbs overweight, I’m not going to sugar coat things by saying you look great, and it’s all going to be OK. It’s not OK, and we need to do something about it.
If you’re not getting great quality sleep and you’re looking like death warmed up after an all-nighter, I’ll be telling you that you look like crap.
If, as part of our program, you agree to do a particular workout protocol, but fail to deliver, I’m not going to say don’t worry, it’s not a problem. We need to understand what happened, and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
We need to face the facts and the harsh realities together. It’s only by seeing what’s really happening, and understanding the real reasons why, can we ever effect change.
We believe in facts, not opinion. We believe in facing up to the reality of any situation – however unpleasant it may be.
